Deceivers!!! They assured me about their customer service... foam hats don’t keep their word. Their phone number isn’t even working. They said I could get a refund if I wasn’t satisfied. They straight-up lied! It’s been nearly 3 weeks now, and I haven’t heard a peep from them. This is a total scam company, better business should look into this.

We got a foam hat for the Dallas Cowboys. Took our 10-year-old to his first NFL game, and he was all about that hat. Everyone around us thought it was awesome. He even wears it at home while catching the Cowboys on TV. 😂🤣😂

Working with the company was a breeze, and the hats showed up ahead of schedule. They look great and hold their shape well, not droopy at all, and everyone loved them! I was after some fun and good times, and it totally delivered!

I gotta say, I'm really let down by the customer service and the failure to keep promises. I reached out well ahead of time for a custom order that I was assured could be done. Then, I followed the owner's advice on when to place my order, and just a week before I needed it, the owner tells me they can't take custom orders because they're too swamped.

I was looking forward to supporting a small business, but I felt like I didn’t matter at all, and there was no integrity in how I was treated. I was even ready to pay a $250 fee for that custom order. I guess I learned a tough lesson: trust and respect seem to be in short supply these days with Foam Party Hats.

I was in need of their items for a fundraiser, and they managed to get them shipped just in time for our event. The hats turned out to be a big hit!

The support from the team was fantastic! I ordered a shrimp hat, but I totally spaced on mentioning that I wanted a little crown added. I shot them an email and got a reply in just 10 minutes, letting me know they’d make the change to my order. Plus, the hat looks incredible!
